Surah Qaaf Verse 21

وَجَاءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّعَهَا سَائِقٌ وَشَهِيدٌ
Wa jaaa'at kullu nafsim ma'ahaa saaa'iqunw wa shaheed
Translation / The Meaning
And every soul will come, with it a driver and a witness.
