Surah At-Takwir Verse 20

ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

Zee quwwatin 'inda zil 'arshi makeen

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
