Surah Al-Inshiqaaq Verse 15

بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا
Balaaa inna Rabbahoo kaana bihee baseeraa
Translation / The Meaning
But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.
