Surah Al-Fajr Verse 26

وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ
Wa laa yoosiqu wasaaqa hooo ahad
Translation / The Meaning
And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers].
